What is ExamHike?
ExamHike is an educational platform offering online courses and practice tests for competitive-examination preparation. Available content is described on each course page.
How do I purchase a course?
Choose a course, review its subjects, content, price and access period on the course page, then complete payment at Checkout. After payment confirmation, log in to the same account to open the course.
My payment succeeded but the course is not showing. What should I do?
First log in with the same mobile number or email used for the purchase and check My Courses/the dashboard after a few minutes. If access is still missing, email examhike@gmail.com with your Order ID, payment date and registered contact. Do not send an OTP, PIN or password.
Does course or test access last forever?
No. The access period may vary by course. Check the period shown on the course page before purchasing.
Can I get a refund after buying a course?
After access to a digital course is provided, refunds are generally not available. Duplicate charges, successful payments without access, and other situations requiring review under applicable law will be checked. Read the full Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Does ExamHike guarantee that I will pass an exam or get a job?
No. Courses and tests are for preparation. We do not guarantee passing, selection, a particular score or rank, or a job.
What if I find an error in a test question or answer?
Follow the instructions on the Question and Content Correction Policy page and send the course, test, question number, screenshot and any supporting evidence. We may make a correction after review.
Can I share my login with a friend?
No. Accounts and purchased courses are for individual use. Sharing login credentials or course content is not permitted.
I forgot my password. What can I do?
Use the Forgot Password option on the login page. If your email/mobile is unavailable, contact examhike@gmail.com and verify your account identity.
Is signing in with Google secure?
If Google sign-in is available, it works through Google’s authentication process. Do not give your Google account password to ExamHike. Google’s Privacy Policy also applies.
Can I take tests on a mobile phone?
Yes, if the website works on your device and browser. We recommend a stable internet connection, an updated browser and reading the instructions before starting a test.
Whom should I tell my OTP or UPI PIN to for payment?
No one. Enter them yourself only on your bank/UPI app’s secure payment screen. ExamHike support will never ask you for an OTP, UPI PIN or password.
