Acceptance of These Terms
Use of ExamHike.Com, account creation, taking a test or purchasing a course is subject to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not continue using the service or complete a purchase.
Before buying, read the content, price, duration, access validity and applicable terms shown on the relevant course page.
Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and keeping your account secure. Do not share your password, OTP or login with another person.
You are responsible for activity through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If you suspect unauthorised account use, notify examhike@gmail.com promptly.
Course Access and Digital Content
After successful payment and any required verification, access to a purchased course will be provided for the period and on the terms stated on that course page.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not resell, publicly share, record/copy for distribution, or commercially use course content without permission.
Course content, test count, subjects, language, updates and access period may differ by course. The information displayed on the applicable course page governs that purchase.
We may improve or update content; we will make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes.
Acceptable Use
You may use the service for lawful study and practice. You must not attempt to breach website security, access another person’s account, manipulate tests or marks, disrupt the service, distribute content without permission, or violate another person’s rights.
In case of a breach, an account or access may be restricted or suspended in accordance with law and a fair process.
Tests, Questions and Educational Results
Mock tests and questions are practice tools; they are not a substitute for an actual examination, an official answer key or material from an examination authority unless expressly identified otherwise.
Questions or explanations may contain errors; please report them for review.
We do not guarantee passing, selection, a particular score or rank, or employment in any examination.
Prices, Payments and Refunds
Prices may be shown in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes or fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through an authorised payment provider. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy and form part of these Terms.
No term is intended to remove rights that you have under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Content, brand names, logos, questions, explanations, designs and software belonging to ExamHike or its rights holders may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Do not copy, republish, distribute or use them commercially without written permission.
External Links and Availability
The site may include links to external websites for convenience. We do not control those websites’ content or policies.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but interruptions may occur because of maintenance, networks, payment providers or other causes.
Liability and Governing Law
The service is provided for educational practice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or expectations about examination results.
This section does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, statutory consumer rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India; disputes may be resolved by a competent forum.
Question and Content Correction Policy
How to Report an Error
If you notice an error in a question, option, correct answer, explanation, language or typing in a test, email examhike@gmail.com with “Question Correction” in the subject. Include:
- Course and subject name;
- Test name/number and question number;
- A clear description of the issue;
- A screenshot, if available; and
- A source or brief reasoning supporting the proposed correction, if available.
Please do not publicly post a complete question paper or copyrighted material. Do not include passwords, OTPs or confidential payment information in your report.
Review and Corrections
We will review reports using available sources and the context of the question. Review may take time, and we are not required to accept every suggestion.
If an error is confirmed, the question, answer or explanation may be corrected; where necessary, the question may be removed. If test scores are affected, they may be adjusted according to available technical processes and fairness. Where possible, affected learners will be notified.
This process does not change an official answer or result in an actual examination. The relevant examination authority remains the final source of official information.
